52 Weeks of Gratitude: Week 9

I am starting to notice of pattern in my weeks. This writing challenge has helped me realize some negative patterns in my life that I need to change. Each week, I reflect back on what I’m grateful for, and while I do that I think about how I felt. Recently, I have been overly stressed and negative. That isn’t the usual me!
